What it is
R1 is Unitree's lightweight humanoid: 1.23 m tall, about 25 kg, with 26 joints including a turning head and waist. It understands voice and images through a built in multimodal AI model, and its joints and sensors are open to developers, with support for the mainstream simulation platforms.
What people buy it for
Education and research
Open joint and sensor interfaces and simulation support make it a real humanoid platform for schools, universities and labs.
Showrooms and events
A humanoid that talks, waves and moves draws a crowd at a launch, a trade stand or a reception desk.
AI that moves
Try voice and vision AI in a body rather than a screen. Want it to map a space too? That is the Go2's job; ask about pairing them.
