Who we are
Beyond™ is a New Zealand company. This policy covers gobeyond.nz and the sites that redirect to it. You can reach us at kyle@gobeyond.co.nz or 027 232 3232.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the contact form we store your name, email, and anything else you type, such as business, phone and message, so we can reply.
- Chat. Messages you send in the site chat are stored so a real person can read them and follow up. The assistant answers from Beyond's own material. Your browser keeps a random identifier so you can see the conversation again; we store only a hash of it, never your name or email unless you give them.
- Link clicks. When you follow a link to a tool in our stack we count the click against that tool. The count is a number, not a record of who clicked.
- Visits. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page views and see which pages people read. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data, so there is no consent banner to click through.
- Abuse protection. For form and chat submissions we keep a one way hash of the sending address for a short time to slow down spam. We cannot turn it back into an address.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies or cross site trackers on this site.
- No selling or renting of your details, ever.
- No mailing lists. A message to us gets a reply from a person, not a sequence.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia and served through Vercel. Access is limited to Beyond™ staff who sign in with a one time code. Email notifications about new enquiries may pass through Resend.

Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kyle@gobeyond.co.nz and we will sort it, usually within one working day.
